BBSI Establishes Dual COO Positions With Promotions of Gerald Blotz and Greg Vaughn

VANCOUVER, WA -- (Marketwired) -- 04/30/14 -- Barrett Business Services, Inc. (BBSI) (NASDAQ: BBSI), a leading provider of business management solutions, announced the formation of dual chief operating officer positions for field and corporate operations.

Gerald Blotz, the director of branch operations, has been promoted to the position of vice president and chief operating officer - field operations. Greg Vaughn, vice president and chief administrative officer, has been promoted to the position of chief operating officer - corporate operations. Both changes are effective immediately.

Mr. Blotz joined BBSI in 2002 as an area manager for the Company's San Jose, CA office. He was appointed to the additional role of director of branch operations in 2012.

Mr. Vaughn joined BBSI in 1997 as a vice president at the Company's corporate headquarters. He was appointed to the position of chief administrative officer in 2012.
